Parts Department
Please remember, when calling into the Service or Parts departments to always have the year, make, model and VIN number of your trailer and also make, model and serial number of the part you're wanting information or replacement of.
We offer a full service Parts Department. Herb Seay has been with us for over 36 years and knows more about parts than the rest of us combined. He keeps our parts store well stocked and if it's not in stock, can usually have it special ordered within a few working days. If you need a major item like a water heater, awning arms or a complete tow system or the little knick knacks like awning lights, camp chairs or campground directories, we have them. We also have an online parts catalog with a link below, so you can browse and find exactly what you need and have it shipped directly to you. Call Herb at 304-736-5287 if you have any questions or are having trouble with that hard to find part.

Service Department
We don't stop caring when you drive or tow your new camper out of our dealership: Our service commitment to you starts before you take delivery with our Pre-Delivery Inspection. Our inspection covers the interior, exterior, water, gas, electrical systems and everything in between. If something is wrong, we won't let you take delivery until it's corrected to our complete satisfaction.
Excellent service is the best protection you, and we, can give your camper or vehicle. That is why people from all over the Tri-State area come to Setzer's World of Camping when they need work done. They know our commitment to service work is strong and reliable and that our service people have the training and experience to handle any kind of service problem.
Patti Novak has been with us a little over four years. She has been factory trained as our service and warranty administrator. When you call or stop in, she will try to help you figure out what is wrong and get you scheduled as quick as she can. She will take great care of you and your problems.
Tim is one of our senior technicians with over 18 years of service and is also an ASE certified mechanic. He can diagnose your problem and have you fixed and on the road in a short time. He is very detailed oriented and gets it done. He does have to do it all sometimes.
Clyde has been with us over 20 years and is our goto guy when we need a unit checked out, something parked in a tight spot or something delivered off the lot. It's been said he can park an 8' wide camper in a 7' wide spot, and we tend to believe it. He also does our demonstrations, so he will be the one talking with you about your new camper.
Directions for Winterizing Your Camper
1. Drain all water tanks and holding tanks. Don't forget the HOT water heater.
2. If your water heater is equipped with a bypass, set it to winterize. If it is not equipped with a bypass, now would be a good time to install one. It will allow you to do the job with about 1/3 the amount of antifreeze. Remove the water filter if you have one.
3. Be sure to use only RV type, non-toxic, antifreeze and pour it into your fresh water tank. Use 2 gallons if you can bypass the water heater, or 5 to 6 gallons if not. (Never use automobile antifreeze or windshield washer antifreeze. These can kill you!)
4. Turn on your RV water pump and let it pump the antifreeze through the system just like water. Start with the hot water side and open each faucet until the pink antifreeze comes through. Then go back and open each faucet on the cold water side. Don't forget to open the water valve on the toilet.
5. Allow about a cup of antifreeze to drain into each sink trap. Also, let some drain into the waste holding tank through the toilet.
6. The only thing left to do is the city water connection. Turn off the pump and drain the pressure from the system by opening a faucet. Have a helper go outside and depress the check valve in the city water connection. Don't stand in front of it or you will get wet. Turn on the water pump. The city water connection is now like an open faucet and antifreeze should flow through it. When the pink antifreeze comes through, release the check valve and turn off the pump.
7. Your water system is now winterized.
Check your owners manual for other periodic procedures such as safety inspections, leak inspections, roof inspections, etc.
